In case you are new to the blogosphere (the world of blogs), this will serve as an introduction. Blog is short for “weblog”. At first glance, a blog is almost like a journal, but it is also much more.

The popularity of blogs is on the rise because they have become useful in some ways that regular web pages and email are not.

Steps to using my blog:

  1. Download an RSS reader program and use it to subscribe to my RSS feed.
  2. Read my posts.
  3. Add comments to help me provide the quality information that you want.

Greetings Jeff,
I hope more people and organizations such as yours continue to educate everyone to additional options for their retirement funds … Not just Stocks, Bonds & Mutual Funds, “Oh My!” I have many colleges who are invested in this traditional fare and have lost a significant amount of their net worth. Bummer!
I have been using my solo k for investing in real-estate for about 5 years. It has been just great! As an investor who purchases income producing properties all around the United States, Canada & Mexico. I am finding it increasingly difficult finding “Cash Flow” properties and when I do … getting them approved by a nonrecourse lender. Tough Stuff. I have recently been introduced to a network that does just that. They have been providing me with Nonrecourse, Pre-Approved, Cash Flow Properties in great investment areas around the US. No “bull” from this company. They stand behind what they say … I even got a “rent guarantee” on one of my properties, in writing! Now all the pieces are in place. You guys and these guys Rock…. Try http://www.hotrealestateinvestments.com for investment properties.

I appreciate your enthusiasm despite your shameless plug. Btw, I hope you know that a “rent guarantee” is only as good as the guarantor.

Also, NASB just announced that they offer nonrecourse loans to self trusteed Solo 401(k) plans. They don’t do commercials loans. But, as a starting point, if NASB won’t offer a loan on a residential property, the numbers may be a bit out of whack. I hope this helps to alleviate your difficulty in getting nonrecourse loans approved.
